Human beings, including children, girls and women migrate for different reasons either voluntarily or by forced reasons such as armed conflict and environmental disasters. Among the forced migrants the group that groups fast in the world is the refugees, not only adults but also children, who due to his early age (people under eighteen years-old) are most vulnerable and have their capacity for agency not recognized. Particularly those who are female, since girls are either in theory and in practice, in protective invisibility situation. Given this reality, it is urgent that the international society pass to act jointly to provide the necessary protection for refugee girls and to guarantee their ability to be heard in proceedings that concern them. To address this issue, we use qualitative, exploratory and descriptive methodology, making use of doctrine, international treaties and reports. We conclude that the girls remain one invisible group within the categories of women and children so that their specific needs are not adequately considered, although they may be interpreted as a specific group suffering persecution especially due to their age and gender.
