Estratégias de mobilidade e permanência na interface dos agenciamentos migrantes

Abstract

The paper aims to discuss multiple strategies of mobility and permanency undissociated from migrant groups under the sight of agencies. The great issue of strategies of mobility and permanency among migrants is that, as Sayad points out, are not considered and mentioned in public and social policies, what results in a spiral of successive practices that undermine the migrants limited on the labor relationship scale, but in fact is one of the agencies produced on the transit and the strategies of migrants. The case of the migrants from Haiti who came to Brazil is emblematic because their strategies involve a universe based on a peculiar territoriality that the political articulation of their strategies was evidenced promoting important changes in the support of political policies in Brazil referring to international immigrants.
