Abstract

The topic of migration and borders currently occupies wide spaces in the media, public opinion, political debates and social networks. Here, more than a proper study of human mobility, I intend to develop some elements for an approximate reading of the mass displacements in the present times. Elements of a provisional and fragmentary character which, for that very reason, can and should be complemented by the concrete experiences of those who work more closely and study this reality. In a first moment I will make a retrospective look, highlighting two steps back, to then understand the phenomenon of migrations today
