Acolhimento psicossocial intercultural como desintoxicação narrativa e ressignificação existencial

Abstract

The present article is based on the work developed at the “Intercultural Psychosocial Care” Project offered to immigrants, descendants of immigrants, refugees, returnees and indigenous people, especially during the pandemic period at the Department of Preventive Medicine at the Federal University of São Paulo. The project gives renewed continuity to projects previously developed at the University of São Paulo and on another UNIFESP campus. The decolonial and psychodynamic intercultural critical perspective on which the project is based is presented. Through some of the dimensions involved in mobility and illustrated by considerations about attended cases we allow migrants to deconstruct internalized hegemonic narratives.
