This work aims to share some notes from a doctoral research, under development, in the Postgraduate Program in Education and Health in Childhood and Adolescence, at the Federal University of São Paulo, with migrant adolescents in conflict with the law and in deprivation of freedom in the state of São Paulo. To achieve this, we carried out research based on the Participatory Archaeological Methodology (MAP), which is a qualitative platform that can help us explain migratory phenomena and deprivation of freedom. For this reason, face-to-face and individual meetings will be held with these teenagers in the Care Centers where they are hospitalized. From a theoretical-analytical point of view, the research in question is anchored in the assumptions of the Philosophy of Migrations, Anticoloniality and Psychoanalysis. As for relevance, only the participants themselves can really say that. It is they, the research subjects, who will tell us what its social importance will be. What we can say at this moment is that its current relevance is to show the Socio-educational System, the academic community and society that these teenagers, migrants and socio-educational students exist, despite all the invisibility that surrounds their presence on official pages. . of the institution and government, and in the country’s intellectual production.
